Tray Voting is a fun and instant way for fast/casual food customers to express their feelings on service. Customers simply place their tray in the appropriate place to vote as they leave.
For restaurant managers, they can get a quick overview of how their staff have been doing on any particular shift.
It doesn't offer much data but if there is an over abundance of "no" then a meeting can be called and the issue discussed and resolved. If there are mostly "yes" votes, those shift workers can get a bonus or cool surprise for their good work.
