SNOWFLAKER PRIVACY POLICY

Snowflaker is developed and published by Floyd Hayes ("Floyd Hayes”," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the Snowflaker application handles information.

1. DATA COLLECTION

Snowflaker does not collect personal data or usage data. The app does not create user accounts and does not use analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, or third-party software development kits that collect data. Panther Soft does not receive the names, messages, snowflake designs, usage information, device information, or motion information used by the app.

2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

Snowflaker lets you enter a name and message to create a snowflake. If you save a snowflake, its name, message, visual selections, and identifier are stored locally on your device. The app also stores local preferences and progress, including onboarding status, gallery contents, saved-snowflake counts, and unlocked rewards. This information is used only to provide the app's features and is not transmitted to Panther Soft.

Data stored by the app may be included in device backups managed by Apple according to your device and iCloud settings. Panther Soft cannot access those backups.

3. MOTION AND AUDIO

On supported devices, Snowflaker processes motion information on the device solely to detect a shake and trigger a visual effect. Motion information is not retained or transmitted. Snowflaker generates and plays sound through the device speaker and does not access or record audio from the microphone.

4. SHARING AND EXPORTING

Snowflaker creates image files on your device. An image or its accompanying text leaves the app only when you choose to save, export, copy, or share it. If you select another app or service through Apple's system share interface, that recipient's privacy policy and practices govern the information after you share it. Panther Soft does not receive a copy.

5. TRACKING, ADVERTISING, AND THIRD PARTIES

Snowflaker does not track you across apps or websites, does not display third-party advertising, does not sell or share personal data, and does not send data to Panther Soft or third-party servers.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Locally saved snowflake designs remain on your device until you delete them from the Gallery or remove the app. You can delete individual snowflakes in the Gallery. Deleting Snowflaker removes the app's locally stored data and progress, subject to any device backups controlled through your Apple account and settings. Because Panther Soft does not collect or hold your data, there is no server-side user data for Panther Soft to access, correct, or delete, and no consent for collection to withdraw.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Snowflaker does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.

8. SECURITY

Snowflaker minimizes privacy risk by keeping app content and preferences on the device and by not transmitting them to Panther Soft. No method of electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, and the security of locally stored data also depends on your device and account security settings.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy if Snowflaker's features or data practices change or if legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted at the privacy-policy URL shown on Snowflaker's App Store listing with a revised effective date. If a change materially affects how the app handles information, we will provide notice as required by law.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Snowflaker application. Apple's handling of App Store transactions, downloads, device backups, and related Apple services is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
