FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I create a snowflake?
Enter a name and, if desired, a message. Choose a snowflake type and color, then select Generate. You can also select Surprise Me to create a randomized design.
How do I save a snowflake to the Gallery?
After creating a snowflake, select Save. The design is added to the on-device Gallery. Saved designs and Gallery progress remain stored locally on your device.
How do I export or share a snowflake?
Select Share and choose an available export or sharing option. Apple’s system share interface lets you choose where to send the resulting image. Snowflaker does not receive a copy of anything you share.
How do I delete a saved snowflake?
Open the Gallery and use the delete control for the snowflake you want to remove. To remove all Snowflaker data and progress stored by the app, delete Snowflaker from your device. Data may remain in device backups controlled through your Apple account and backup settings.
Does Snowflaker require an account or internet connection?
No. Snowflaker does not require an account and its snowflake-generation features operate on your device.
Does Snowflaker Have In App Purchasing.
No.
Does Snowflaker collect my information?
No. Snowflaker does not collect personal data or usage data and does not use advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking. Names, messages, saved snowflakes, preferences, and progress stay on your device. Motion information used for shake detection is processed on the device and is not retained or transmitted.
Why does shaking my device trigger an effect?
On supported devices, Snowflaker uses on-device motion information to detect a shake and trigger a visual sparkle effect. It does not store or transmit motion information.
Why is sound not playing?
Check your device volume and sound settings. Snowflaker generates sound for its effects but does not access or record from the microphone.
